For your account: in-app support
Open the ET7 app and start a chat with customer service. Support runs 24/7, 365 days a year. It's the only channel that can look up a balance, trace a deposit, check a KYC upload or move an account to a new number, which is why every one of the questions below belongs there and nowhere else:
| A pending or missing withdrawal | In-app chat. Read the withdrawal page first. The usual causes are there and most clear on their own. |

| A deposit that was not credited | In-app chat, with the transaction reference from the app you paid from and a screenshot. The deposit steps show where to find it. |
| Locked account, or a number change | In-app chat. Identity has to be verified before anything moves. Start with the login page. |
| KYC rejected, or bank account won't link | In-app chat. Most of the time it is the name on the bank account not matching the ID. The fixes are on the withdrawal page. |
| Gift codes, invite rewards or wagering | In-app chat. Support can explain a specific offer's terms and where you stand on it. |

[email protected], read by the ET7 Game Editorial Team. We read everything. Corrections go to the top of the pile. Write to us about:
- A factual error on a page. Wrong figure, broken step, out-of-date claim. Tell us which page and we will fix it and re-date it.
- A step that did not work in the install, register or withdrawal guide. That usually means a screen in the app changed and the page needs to catch up.
- A scam using the ET7 name. Fake APKs, "agents" charging fees, messages asking for your code. Knowing what is circulating lets us warn people about it specifically.
- Media enquiries.
Please don't send account details, transaction references or KYC documents to this address. It cannot act on them, and the in-app chat can.
We will never ask you for a one-time code, a password or a payment, whether by email, in a chat or on a call. If a message claiming to be ET7 support asks for any of those, it is not ET7. There is no such thing as a fee to release a withdrawal or to unlock an account.
