Deposits: how adding money works
- Open the deposit screen
Log in to the ET7 app and open the deposit option in your wallet.
- Pick an amount and a method
Anything from ₹100 up. Choose one of the methods the screen lists and pay exactly the amount it shows. A different amount can leave the payment unmatched.
- Keep the reference
Every payment has a transaction reference in your bank or payment app. Keep it until the balance shows in your ET7 wallet.
Before the first deposit, spend two minutes deciding a limit. Do it while you're calm and haven't lost anything yet. A limit you set after a bad session rarely holds. One you set before it does.
Deposit not showing up
- Wait five minutes
Payment confirmations can trail the debit by a few minutes, especially on a busy evening. Refresh the wallet screen once. Then wait.
- Get the transaction reference
Open the app you paid from. Copy the reference number (often called a UTR or transaction ID) and take a screenshot that shows the amount, the time and the status.
- Send both to in-app support
Support runs 24/7. Give them the reference, the amount and the time. That is everything they need to trace it.
- Do not pay again yet
A second payment does not fix the first one, it just gives you two things to chase. Wait for the first to be found or refunded.
Withdrawals: KYC comes first
The first time you ask for money out, ET7 asks who you are. That means KYC, plus your phone number and a bank account linked to the account, with the bank account in the same name as your ID. The app is not being difficult. The check is there so that someone who gets into your account cannot pay your balance out to themselves.
Dull advice, but it works. Do KYC on a quiet evening, well before you need the money. The first withdrawal is the slow one precisely because the check runs alongside it. Get the check out of the way and the payout after that is just a payout.
How a withdrawal goes
- Link your phone number and bank account
In your own name, matching the ID you gave for KYC. Not your brother's account, not a friend's, not the family account that happens to have the money in it, because a name mismatch here is the number one cause of a rejected payout.
- Check any bonus wagering is finished
If you redeemed a gift code, its 1x wager has to be complete before the bonus part of the balance becomes withdrawable. Other offers carry their own terms in the app.
- Request the amount
The withdraw screen shows the current minimum, any fee and any daily rule. Those figures can change, so we leave them to the app.
- Wait for it to clear
The first one takes longest. Later ones to the same verified bank account are usually quicker.

Where to get help
Every problem on this page ends up in the same place, the support chat inside the ET7 app. That team can see your account, trace a payment, check a KYC upload and release a payout once it clears. ET7 deposit and withdrawal questions
How do I deposit money into ET7?
Inside the app, open the deposit screen, pick an amount and one of the methods listed there, and finish the payment. The lowest deposit ET7 accepts is ₹100. Come back to the app and the balance updates. Decide a spending limit before the first one, while nothing is riding on it.
My deposit went through but the balance did not change.
Give it a few minutes first, because payment confirmations sometimes lag the debit. Then open the bank or payment app you paid from, copy the transaction reference, take a screenshot showing the amount, time and status, and send both to ET7's in-app support. Do not pay a second time to "try again" until the first one is resolved. Never send the reference or screenshot to anyone outside the app.
Why does ET7 ask for KYC before I can withdraw?
Because the money has to go to a bank account in the same name as the account holder, and KYC is how that gets checked. ET7 also needs your phone number and bank account linked to the account. It is what stops someone who got into your account from cashing it out to themselves. Do it early, when nothing is riding on it.
How long does an ET7 withdrawal take?
ET7 does not publish a fixed time, and we would rather not print one that turns out wrong for you. In practice the first withdrawal is the slow one, because KYC is being checked at the same time. If one sits in pending for longer than the app's own screen suggests, the causes in the table on this page are where to look.
What is the minimum withdrawal on ET7?
The app shows the current minimum and any fee on the withdrawal screen itself, and those can change, so that screen is the only reliable source. Any site printing a fixed figure is either out of date or guessing.
Can I withdraw gift-code money straight away?
Not straight away. Gift-code bonuses need a 1x wager before they become withdrawable, and your phone number and bank account have to be linked first.
Someone offered to release my pending withdrawal for a fee.
That is a scam, every time. There is no fee to release a payout and ET7 has no "agents" who push withdrawals through for money. Block the sender and, if you already paid, report it to your bank and to the cybercrime helpline 1930.
