Where to log in
Three places, and they all lead to the same account. The ET7 app on Android. The ET7 web version, on iPhone or a laptop. And the official page our button opens. That's the full list. A login page that arrived in a chat, however official the logo looks and however urgent the message around it sounds, is not on that list and never will be.
The login flow
- Open the app or the official page
On Android, open the ET7 app you installed from the APK (the current build is version 1.0.1, 37.4 MB). Not installed yet? The ET7 APK download section has the file and the install steps. No account yet? Start at ET7 register.
- Type the number you registered with
Ten digits, no leading zero. The +91 is already there. This has to be the number you used at sign-up. A different number is a different account, and a second account is how payouts get frozen.
- Enter the SMS code
A one-time code arrives by text. Type it in and you are in. The app tends to keep you signed in on your own phone, so you will mostly only meet this screen on a new device.
OTP not received: work down this list
Most of the time the code problem is the phone, the SIM or the network rather than the app. Go in order. Most people are back in by the third item.
- Wait out the timer. Tapping resend before it ends can invalidate the code that was already on its way. Give it the full count.
- Read the number on screen back to yourself. One wrong digit sends your code to a stranger. It happens more than anyone admits.
- Signal. Flick airplane mode on and off. On Jio and Airtel in a basement or a lift, SMS can queue for minutes and then land all at once.
- Right SIM, right phone. On a dual-SIM phone the code goes to whichever number you registered, which may be the one you rarely use. If the SIM is in another handset, that is where the code is.
- Spam and blocked senders. Some Android message apps park short-code SMS in a separate tab. Check it before you resend again.
- Storage full. A phone that cannot save new messages silently drops them. Delete a few old threads and try once more.
- Still nothing after three tries? Stop for ten minutes. Repeated requests can trip a temporary block. Then try once. If that fails too, hand it to ET7 support.
Forgot password
If you set a password and can't remember it, tap Forgot password on the login screen. The reset code goes by SMS to your registered number, the same way the login code does, so everything in the OTP list above applies here too.
Number changed, SIM lost, phone stolen
The code can only go to the registered number, so without that number the app can't let you in. Nor should it. The account has to be re-pointed at your new number by ET7 support. If the app is still signed in on your phone, use the support chat inside it. Support runs 24/7, every day of the year. Have your ID ready. If you already did KYC this is a short conversation, and if you didn't, it's a longer one.
Only that support chat can move a number, and only after checking who you are. Anyone in a chat group or a WhatsApp forward who offers to do it faster, for a fee or for your OTP, is lying.
Locked, frozen or "abnormal" account
Only ET7 support can lift that flag, and they will tell you why it is there. On any real-money app the usual reasons are a second account belonging to the same person or the same bank details, a payment that was reversed, bonus terms being broken, or a KYC mismatch. Ask in-app support which one it is and what they need. And don't pay a "release fee" to anyone who messages you offering to unlock it. There is no such fee.
The OTP rule
Your OTP is the key to the account. No ET7 staff member, no "agent" and no website will ever ask you to read it out or type it anywhere except the ET7 login screen. If a call or a message asks for it, hang up. Nothing else on this page matters as much as that.
Not sure you installed the real app?
A copied or old APK can fail at login in odd ways. If your login keeps failing on an account you are sure exists, compare the app on your phone with the real build. Is ET7 safe? explains how to check your install in a minute.
ET7 login questions
What do I log in to ET7 with?
The mobile number you registered with. ET7 sends a one-time code by SMS to that number and you type it in. The app usually keeps you signed in between sessions, so on your own phone you will not see this screen often.
The OTP is not coming. What now?
Wait the full timer before you tap resend, because tapping early can cancel the first code. Check the number on screen digit by digit. Make sure the SIM is in the phone you are holding and has signal (toggle airplane mode off and on). Then look in your spam or blocked-messages folder. If three codes in a row never arrive, the network is usually to blame. Try again in ten minutes.
I forgot my ET7 password. How do I reset it?
Tap Forgot password on the login screen. ET7 sends the reset code by SMS to your registered number, so the reset only works on the phone that has that SIM. If you no longer have the number, the reset can't reach you and you need ET7 support instead.
I changed my phone number. How do I log in?
You can't receive the code on the old number, so the account has to be moved to the new one by ET7 support. If the app is still signed in, use the support chat inside it. Support will check that you are the account holder, which is quicker if your KYC is already done. Start the chat early rather than on the day you want to withdraw.
Can I log in to ET7 on my laptop or on an iPhone?
Yes. The same account works on the ET7 web version, so on iPhone or a computer you sign in there with the same number and code. Add the site to your iPhone home screen and it opens like an app. There is no ET7 app on the App Store to look for.
Someone messaged me an ET7 login link. Is it safe?
Assume not. Sign in only inside the app or through the official page, which is where the button on this page takes you. A link in a WhatsApp forward or a chat DM can open a copy of the login screen that harvests your number and code. Nobody from ET7 will ever ask you to read them an OTP.
