Why Not a Number from Google?

Many "helpline numbers" found online are not ET7, and fake support is an old scam.

Someone answers, sounds helpful, and then asks for your OTP or asks you to install a "support app" so they can fix the issue. Within minutes the account, or the bank account, is in trouble. Users should only use the chat inside the official app, and should treat anyone who contacts them first claiming to be ET7 support as a scam until proven otherwise.

Never Share Your OTP

Your OTP is how you log in and reset your password, so anyone who has it can enter your account.

Support can help much faster when the first message has everything in it.

• Your UID: the user ID shown in your profile, which tells support exactly which account to check.
• Your registered mobile number: the number only, never the OTP.
• Screenshots: of the error, the transaction, or the bank confirmation.
• Date and time: roughly when the issue happened.
• The amount: if the issue is about money.

Say a ₹500 deposit has not appeared. A message like "UID 12345678, deposited ₹500 at about 8:40 pm today, money left my bank, not showing in wallet, screenshot attached" gets a useful answer far faster than "deposit not coming pls help".

• Send one clear message rather than ten short ones.
• Give the team a little time to reply before following up.
• Keep your screenshots until the issue is closed.
